How United Way Has Responded to COVID-19

Here's How We're Spending Your Donations

On June 26, we awarded $232,000 in grants through the United Way of Metropolitan Dallas Coronavirus Response & Recovery Fund to support summer programming and distance learning to keep students on track, skills training and wraparound support to strengthen workforce development and protection for healthcare workers as well as access to primary care, counseling, dentistry and tele-health at low or no cost to our neighbors.
